FrontlineSMS does not allow keywords to be imported.

If you plan on duplicating a system, you can copy the whole database. The files are kept in the working directory, which can be found in the Help menu. For more information, see Settings in the online Help.

Tip: Copy the whole directory, but rename and save the older directory copies in case you need to revert back to previous versions.
