Sometimes it may be necessary for our developers to see detailed logs in order to help with technical support. In order to increase the detail of the logs you send to the FrontlineSMS developer team modify file log4j.properties in ~/FrontlineSMS/properties/.  Change the line: log4j.logger.org.smslib=ERROR to log4j.logger.org.smslib=ALL
