The file I’ve downloaded appears to be corrupted. What should I do?
This can happen if the file did not fully download, or if your Internet connection goes down during download, causing the connection to our host server to drop.
The download link you were given when you filled in the form is valid for seven days. Retry the download using this link – perhaps using the Firefox browser, which will be able to restart the download if your connection is interrupted.
If you have problems with this you can contact the FrontlineSMS team, and ask them to send you your download link.
