User Support Sessions

When getting started with using FrontlineSMS software it can be helpful to talk through the process, ask questions and share ideas. Therefore, in addition to our user resources and the support given on the community forum, the FrontlineSMS team are now providing monthly user support drop-in sessions!

These sessions will be held monthly in Nairobi, and by appointment only for Washington DC, and London. Please email info@frontlinesms.com to book an appointment with our team in Washington DC or London.

For those who can’t make it to the physical drop-ins, you will also be able to join via Skype (by adding FrontlineSMS_Support), Twitter (@FrontlineSMS) and Facebook by liking FrontlineSMS. During these sessions the team will be there to answer your questions, demo FrontlineSMS functionality and generally provide support on using our software.
