Introducing Frontline's Newest Feature: The Dashboard

Here at Frontline, we’re proud to work with legal aid providers, educators, governments, global nonprofits, and large enterprises - all to realize the power of messaging and ultimately make their work better. And their work is helping us build a better platform, making it better for thousands of other users.

Our Product Team has been hard at work behind the scenes, and today we're excited to announce some big improvements to the FrontlineSMS platform… cue, the Frontline Dashboard!

What is the dashboard and what does this mean for Frontline users?

The dashboard is an easy way to define and track your progress and your data. And it means that starting today, the FrontlineSMS platform, which is already used by thousands of organizations to reach millions of people around the globe, will be even easier to use!

Now, when you log into your account, you’ll see a new view, featuring a fully customizable dashboard before going to your inbox. Here’s a preview of what this new view will look like:

How this benefits your organization

This latest addition to the platform helps you keep a pulse on all your activities and measure the effectiveness of your communications. Which means you can spend less time in the weeds (monitoring campaigns, creating reports or crunching numbers) and more time helping those you serve.

With a snapshot view of all your ongoing interactions, you can:

  1. Analyze key performance indicators and model indicators from real-time messaging feeds and interactions
  2. Highlight any message failures or errors that require immediate attention
  3. Export presentation-ready visualizations for management and/or funder reports

Before you customize your own dashboard, check out our latest how-to support article with everything you need to get started and get the most out of your data. You’re going to be a reporting superstar in no time.

And as always, Happy Messaging! \o/
